Who we are
Born of an ancient mountain people.
The Lōr are descendants of the Medes, Elamites and Pars, woven together long ago in the Zagros mountains that run the spine of Iran. For generations they raised their animals, grew what the short seasons gave, and ate close to the land. We come from them, and so does the way we cook.
